Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Bellevue, Hailey, and Ketchum. If you’re outside of these areas, please give us a call so we can work something out.

Do you provide instructions on how to use the sauna?

Yes! We’ll give you a quick walkthrough upon drop-off and leave a one-page guide with safety guidelines and ground rules.

Do we need hookups? (Electrical? Water?)

If you plan to use the cold plunge, a hose hookup is required within 100 feet of the parking spot. The sauna stove is wood-fired, so no electricity is needed.

Are kids welcome in the sauna?

Yes. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

What are sanitation procedures?

We use a natural, organic disinfectant, fully dry out the sauna between uses, and cleanse the space with sage. The high temperatures inside the sauna also make it very difficult for bacteria or viruses to survive on surfaces or in the heated air.

How many people does it seat?

The sauna comfortably seats 2 people (recommended), but up to 4 can fit if needed.

Can renters move the sauna?

No. Renters may not move the sauna under any circumstances. If the sauna needs to be repositioned, please contact one of the owners. Attempting to move the trailer may result in liability for damages or injury.

How long does it take to heat up?

It depends on the air temperature, but on average it takes 30 to 40 minutes.

How hot will it get?

With steam, the sauna can reach up to 200°F. We ask that you do not over-stoke the fire.

Can I rent it for my Airbnb or Vacation rental?

Yes! Please check with your host first.
